Natural farm-raised tomahawk steak (~1.1 kg) from Dagestan. Frozen, marinated.

Ingredients: beef (ribs on the bone), marinade (spices, salt).

Method of preparation: defrost, fry over high heat until desired doneness, let rest for 5-7 minutes.

Storage conditions: Store at -18°C. Shelf life: 6 months. After defrosting, store at +2°C to +4°C for no more than 48 hours.
