Dried beef "Dagestan"

Natural dried beef from Dagestan.

Ingredients: beef, salt.

Directions: Soak in cold water for about 1 hour before cooking. Drain, add fresh water, and simmer for 1–1.5 hours until tender. Serve hot or slice.

Storage conditions: Store at temperatures between 2°C and 15°C in a dry place. Shelf life: 90 days. For longer storage, refrigerate.
